Overview
In 2024, the membership of the Association of Conservation Districts (WACD) passed Resolution 2024-12 that stated in part, “WACD, in collaboration with the Center for Technical Development (CTD), WSCC, WADE, and Conservation Districts, will develop a workgroup to identify ongoing, adequate funding support for the Center for Technical Development…” The workgroup was formed and began meeting in May of 2025.
