Snohomish CD Community Conservation Crew Lead Position
Position Description
The Community Conservation Field Crew Lead will assist in the implementation of the District’s activities to address a wide variety of resource concerns in the urban, rural, and residential areas of Snohomish County and Camano Island. This position leads a crew in implementing green stormwater solutions, habitat restoration projects, wildfire resilience projects, and agricultural BMPs. This position reports to the Community Conservation Department Manager.
Compensation
Terms: Regular full-time position (40hrs/week), with benefits. Overtime eligible.
Hiring Wage Range: $28.39 – $32.89 per hour
Job Classification and Range: Field Crew Lead, Range 6
Base Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, including 30-minute on-site lunch break (Certain projects may require slightly different hours on these days. This will be determined at least 2 weeks in advance and there is some flexibility.)
