King Conservation District Board of Supervisors election opens January 23
Beginning Jan. 23, registered voters in King County are eligible to vote in the King Conservation District annual board of supervisors election.
The King Conservation District (KCD) is an independent, natural resource assistance agency approved by Washington state and assisted by the Washington State Conservation Commission. The main objective of the KCD is to advocate for the conservation of renewable natural resources by influencing environmental policy, promoting awareness and educating voters of natural resource issues, and managing best practices of land owners.
