Joseph Heller served on the Whatcom Conservation District Board of Supervisors from May 2008 to March 2018. Joe passed away on November 3, 2021.
Joe was born in Bellingham and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Resources from the University of Washington. After working for the US Forest Service for 35 years, he retired in 2005. Joe served in many organizations, contributing greatly to his community and to conservation.
