The Clark Conservation District writes:
The Grant and Fiscal Administrator is responsible for overall grants and contracts management, financial procedures, and administrative duties at Clark Conservation District. This position administratively manages District funding sources and expenses, reports all grant activities – both deliverables and finances, and performs general administrative functions for the District. The position is new and requires project management skills, fiscal management, and experience working with grants.
We are seeking candidates who are highly adaptable to changing priorities, tight deadlines, and interruptions to workflow. The successful candidate will be adept at multitasking and have both attention to detail and a complete understanding of the systems of funding utilized by the District. The Grant and Fiscal Administrator should have impeccable dependability, be innovative, and receptive to collaborative feedback from coworkers. An ideal candidate will have an analytical and systems-driven mind with a strong customer service and team-driven attitude. The ability to manage many complex issues on time and take a proactive approach toward promoting more efficient and effective systems is essential. Clark Conservation District has a small staff, and each of us is often called upon to do a wide range of job duties. Because of this, flexibility and excellent communication skills are crucial to the position.
