Position Description

The Finance Specialist provides administrative and financial support to the Director of Finance by handling routine accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial reporting. This role focuses on processing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and financial data entry to ensure efficiency and compliance with established policies. The Finance Specialist works closely with the Director of Finance to support the financial operations.

The Finance Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s financial and administrative functions, including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, reconciling financial transactions, and handling data transfer and reconciliation. The role demands the ability to work independently while maintaining teamwork and communication with the Director of Finance. Compensation

Job Title: Finance Specialist
Salary Range: $28 – $32 per hour, DOE
Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time – Non Union
