Oregon Conservation Partnership Grant Hub Manager Position

Position Description

The Oregon Conservation Partnership (OrCP) is seeking a 12-month contracted position to
develop a system for tracking federal grant opportunities for Watershed Councils, Soil and
Water Conservation Districts and Land Trusts and to provide training to these organizations on
applying for these funds.

This position will provide valuable capacity support to our 132 member organizations, enabling
them to respond to opportunities offered through the passage of the Infrastructure Investment
and Jobs Act (IIJA) and the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). The contractor will track federal grant
opportunities, establish a method of communication with OrCP members, and serve as a
resource for members applying for federal grants with the end goal of creating a database of
grant opportunities that members can easily access and understand.

The contractor will be managed by the Oregon Association of Conservation Districts (OACD).

Compensation

Title: Grant Hub Manager
Supervised by: OACD Executive Director
Status: Contractual, this is a 12-month contract, with the potential to extend based on positive evaluations, demonstrated continued need, and available funds.
Salary: $5,770/month
