The State Wildlife Action Plan (SWAP) is the implementation plan for the protection and recovery of Washington’s species of greatest conservation need (SGCN) along with protecting and restoring Washington’s critical ecosystems with an increasing focus on climate resiliency.
The SWAP Coordinator serves as the lead planner responsible for developing and monitoring the implementation of the SWAP. The work involves coordination and liaison with DFW staff, other agencies, tribes, stakeholder groups and citizens.
