The Snohomish Conservation District (SCD) has an opening for a full time Technical Systems Manager position to serve as a project manager, engineering coordinator, and IT administrator. A successful candidate will be resourceful; have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines; be able to communicate effectively with team members and collaborate with peers; and will have a proven track record in project management, IT Systems, and engineering support. This position will be hired at the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level (depending on qualifications), will report to the Executive Director, and will provide support for capital project teams.
