The Snohomish Conservation District (SCD) has an opening for a full-time Education and Outreach Program Manager position. Primary duties include programmatic oversight and staff supervision; leading outreach, education, and recognition events; management of external communications including media relationships; and production of communications products for all SCD programs. A strong candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; five years of relevant professional experience; knowledge of local and regional conservation issues; and demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse community members and partners, deliver strategic communications to elected officials and funders and, develop outreach and behavior change strategies for the public.
