New information included in an article published by the Municipal Research Services Center (MRSC) indicates that local governments in a Phase 2 region of the state, according to the Healthy Washington Roadmap, may include an in-person component to open public board meetings in addition to providing remote participation access. All current safety guidelines and requirements for businesses and employers are still in full effect, including social distancing, use of face coverings, and limiting office capacity to 25%.
