The Watch List below summarizes the conservation district-related bills WACD is monitoring and WACD’s position on each. Important upcoming hearings and votes are bolded. (In this part of the legislative session, all bills adopted by at least one committee are still alive.) The 2023 Legislative session is a long, 105-day session, scheduled to end on April 23, 2023.
